VENUE OVERVIEW

This room is essentially a blank canvas that can easily be transformed into any setting suitable for your event’s needs. The Main room contains a full commercial kitchen and bar facilities, making this an ideal space for weddings, gala dinners, birthday celebrations, prize-giving ceremonies, conferences, and meetings.

The Main Room also features plenty of natural light with an entire wall of glass doors giving access to the patio and green space. The windows have blinds for conferences.

The Main Room can be split into two soundproof rooms (The Regal Room and The Ora King Room). Half the room is carpeted; the other half is wooden floor.
 
Additional features: Full AV capabilities including two projectors and screens, built in speaker system, wall connections for several different components, microphones, portable stage, on licence bar facilities (26m2), commercial kitchen facilities (39m2)

Overview of Endeavour Park Pavilion Hire Rates

Please find below the packaages that we offer. With all functions requiring the bar, Endeavour Park Pavilion will provide a bar manager and all regulations must be adhered to. The facility must be left in condition as dictated by our housekeeping instructions. Additional cleaning will be charged for which include any breakages/damages, spillage, vomit and/or confetti.

Evening Functions (7pm – 12pm)
$900.00

Includes use of the main room, board room, kitchen, bar (includes bar manager), cleaner (must be left in good condition – additional cleaning will be charged for breakages, spillage, vomit and/or confetti).

18th / 21st Birthday Parties
$1500.00 -  1.5 days hire for set up / pack down. 

Includes use of the kitchen, main room, board room, sound system, bar (includes 2x bar staff for up to 8 hours), cleaning service (must be left in good condition – additional cleaning will be charged for breakages, spillage, vomit and/or confetti). 

Security is required for these events, at the hirer's expense.

Wedding Package
$1500.00 - 1.5 days hire for set up / pack down.

Includes use of the kitchen, main room, board room, sound system, bar (includes bar manager and one bar staff for up to 8 hours), cleaning service (must be left in good condition – additional cleaning will be charged for breakages, spillage, vomit and/or confetti).

Conference Package
$850.00 - Full day.

Funeral package
 $700 full day (9am - 5pm)/$400 half day (4hrs) plus GST

Includes use of main room, board room, kitchen, media equipment, cleaning (must be left in good condition). Bar and bar staff are available at additional cost.

Fundraising and special event package - price on application*

*venue hire for fundraising events will be determined on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of the Endeavour Park Pavilion Society Board.

Childrens Birthday Party
General hire: Use of main hall, kitchen and some sporting equipment.
Catered option: Use of main hall, some sporting equipment and a range of party food provided and serveware.
Fully organised and catered parties: Use of main hall, some sporting equipment, a range of party food provided and serveware. Party activities are organised and run for you so you can sit back and relax.
