VENUE OVERVIEW

Only 25 minutes from Blenheim Airport and at the gateway to the Marlborough Sounds, the Port Marlborough Pavilion is a state of the art venue designed for everything from weddings, conferences, meetings and social functions.
 
Situated in the picturesque seaside town of Picton, the Port Marlborough Pavilion is a blank canvas that has capacity for up to 240 delegates (cocktail) and has a huge variety of different spaces catering for your every need.
 
The venue has free Wi-Fi throughout, free parking on site for 190 vehicles, a commercial kitchen, disabled access, AV in every room, portable staging, furniture, glassware and cutlery.
You are welcome to use any external suppliers you wish to theme your event or for catering and audio visual. We can recommend some great local suppliers who work regularly with the Port Marlborough Pavilion.

Overview of Endeavour Park Pavilion Hire Rates (all prices excluding GST)
With all functions requiring the bar, Endeavour Park will provide a bar manager and all regulations must be adhered to. Facility must be left in condition as dictated by Housekeeping Instructions. Additional cleaning will be charged for any breakages/damages, spillage, vomit and/or confetti.

Evening Functions (7pm – 12pm)
$750.00 - Main room, board room, kitchen, bar (includes bar manager), cleaner (must be left in good condition – additional cleaning will be charged for breakages, spillage, vomit and/or confetti).

18th / 21st Birthday Parties
$1500.00 -  1.5 days hire for set up / pack down, (use of kitchen, main room, board room, sound system, bar (includes 2x bar staff for up to 8 hours), cleaning service (must be left in good condition – additional cleaning will be charged for breakages, spillage, vomit and/or confetti). Security is required for these events, at the hirer's expense.

Wedding Package
$1500.00 - 1.5 days hire for set up / pack down, (use of kitchen, main room, board room, sound system, bar (includes bar manager and one bar staff for up to 8 hours), cleaning service (must be left in good condition – additional cleaning will be charged for breakages, spillage, vomit and/or confetti). Conference Package
$850.00 - Full day.  Includes: Full main room, board room, use of all media equipment, bar manager for completion of evening. Please see our Conferences Page for more information.

Childrens Birthday Party
General Hire: Use of main hall, kitchen and some sporting equipment.
Catered Option: Use of main hall, some sporting equipment and a range of party food provided and serve ware.
Fully Organised And Catered Parties: Use of main hall, some sporting equipment, a range of party food provided and serve ware, party activities are organised and run for you so you can sit back and relax.

Bar Staff
$30.00 per hour, per person. A certified Pavilion Bar Manager must be in attendance any time the bar is open, or alcohol is present. Bar Fridge emptying/restocking when BYO, $150.00

Cleaning Staff
$30.00 per hour and $50.00 Rubbish removal.
